The Legacy Mentor Programme
A 9-month deep-dive for Pilates teachers ready to teach the body, not the manual.
Legacy is a 9-month mentorship for teachers who are ready to refine their craft, see the bigger picture of classical Pilates, and feel confident teaching real bodies with clarity and purpose. Whether you’re newly qualified or have been teaching for years, this programme helps you fill in the blanks most trainings miss.
This is not just a course — it’s the beginning of your legacy.
What’s included?
Immersive Weekend Training
Five in-person weekends focused on a different area of the classical system — not just exercises, but how to think, see, and teach like a classical teacher.
Weekend Format: Friday–Sunday, 12–4pm
Location: EQ Pilates, Sutton Coldfield
Assessments: 30-minute video submissions teaching your partner (starting from Reformer)
Bonus Studio Sessions: Group practice + feedback with Sarah the Friday after each weekend, 9:00–11:30am
Midway Mentoring Calls: 4 online calls for support, Q&A, and check-ins
Graduation: Group class and celebration in June 2026
